Our role encompassed:

1. Demolition
   
   1. Removal of existing interior doors and walls to prepare for the redesigned salon layout.
   2. Demolition of existing flooring.
2. Flooring & Base Installation
   
   1. Installation of new luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring throughout the salon for a modern and durable finish.
   2. Installation of new rubber base along walls.
3. Painting
   
   1. Complete interior repainting to refresh and align with Bollywood Salon’s brand aesthetics.
4. Ceiling and Acoustics
   
   1. Replacement of acoustical ceiling tiles within the existing grid system for enhanced noise reduction and a refreshed look.
5. Custom Vanity Installations
   
   1. Construction and installation of new vanities with sinks in newly developed facial rooms to support specialized services.
6. Room and Partition Construction
   
   1. Building new interior walls to create individual facial rooms, enhancing privacy and service variety.
   2. Installation of interior glass sliding doors for an elegant and functional room division.
7. Utility Upgrades
   
   1. Installation of a new water heater to support expanded water usage needs.
   2. Reinstallation of existing hair salon furniture and equipment to maintain brand identity.
8. System Modifications
   
   1. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and fire sprinkler adjustments to meet new layout requirements and safety standards.
