- Structural concrete building
- Extensive excavation for footings and piers
- Onsite construction of custom formwork
- Rebar placement and tying
- Installation of site-specific concrete elements such as curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and CIP concrete site walls
- Installation of concrete light bollards and wood-framed windows
- Interior wood framing and blocking across ceilings, walls, and floors
- Plywood installation for CLT ceilings and flooring products
- Construction of site farm walls and planter boxes
